Return and Warranty

3 months of legal warranty on all our products, unless otherwise specified by the retailer or manufacturer.

REFUND

Upon presentation of a proof of purchase (mandatory), the customer must request the cancellation of the order before taking possession of the merchandise in-store, and this is done without any fees or penalties, except for special orders or final sale items (no refund).

EXCHANGE OR IN-STORE RETURN 

With the presentation of the invoice (mandatory), the merchandise (intact and unused) must be exchanged or returned in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. A restocking fee of a minimum of 20% applies.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN BY TRANSPORT 

The customer must make a request within 2 days following the delivery (excluding holidays). The item (intact, unused, and in its original packaging) must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Wizzo Performance will inspect each returned item, and depending on the condition of the merchandise, reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund. If the received item is not suitable due to an error made by the retailer, the retailer assumes the costs related to the return of the merchandise by transport. If the received item is not suitable due to an error made by the customer or purely personal dissatisfaction, the customer must bear these said costs. A restocking fee of a minimum of 20% applies.

EXTENDED WARRANTY - GP20 

The GP20 warranty is non-refundable and non-transferable. It applies to the part only and not to labor, for a duration of 3 years from the date of purchase, to the original holder, as long as they are the vehicle owner and upon presentation of the original invoice. Eligible items include: Lights, exhaust system, brake part, steering part, suspension part, engine part, body part, aesthetic part, accessory, bike rack, trailer hitch, mats, and any other accessory for cars, SUVs, and trucks offered by our representatives. Under warranty, defective or damaged parts are exchanged or returned to the original holder with postage due. In case of inventory shortage, the retailer guarantees to find an equivalent part of equal value. If the GP20 coverage is not used by the end of the warranty, the amount paid for the coverage will be refunded to the customer as a credit applicable to a future in-store purchase. Applicable to regular prices only and with proof of the Coverage Redemption Certificate.

EXCLUSIONS / EXEMPTIONS 

Stains and other damages caused by oxidation (surface rust). Electronic and electrical parts. Batteries and alloy wheels: according to the manufacturer's warranty. LED bars: covered only once against manufacturing defects, burnt LEDs, or water infiltration.

TIRE PROTECTION PLUS - DCPP 

In case of road hazards, Wizzo Performance undertakes to repair (if possible) or replace the tire free of charge up to 50% tire wear, and thereafter, according to the percentage of wear according to the manufacturer's standards. Applies to auto and SUV tires only, to the initial buyer, as long as they remain the owner, and for normal driving on paved roads only. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

EXCLUSIONS / EXEMPTIONS

Truck tires or tires 31 inches and larger. All-terrain, mud-terrain, off-road style, racing, or low-profile (run-flat) tires.
